We are excited to introduce Deirdre Harrington, our lead content lawyer for the NEW Litigation & Dispute Resolution module of Lexis Practice Advisor Canada (launching Fall 2017!). Deirdre has a dynamic and broad legal background, which includes corporate-commercial litigation, research and writing for both the private and public sector. Deirdre began her legal career at Torys LLP, before joining the Fraud Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. She went on to work on two public inquiries and for a boutique litigation firm, Investigation Counsel P.C.

Interest on Judgment Debt calculator NEW!
This calculator computes interest owing on a judgment debt utilizing the appropriate post-judgment interest rate based on the jurisdiction and date of judgment. It also accounts for payments made towards the debt.
 
Days of Service calculator NEW!
This calculator will work out the effective date of service of pleading documents, based on the method of service employed and statutory holidays for the jurisdiction selected. It will also indicate the deadline for the subsequent step in the proceeding.
